About

Emma joined the FOI Solutions team in 2018 with experience in administrative law at the
Commonwealth level, having assisted in dealings with Commonwealth Ombudsman services
and commissions and conducting merits and judicial review proceedings before the
Administrative Appeals Tribunal and at all levels of the Federal court system. In 2019 Emma
completed a Master of Laws with a thesis component specialising in privacy law.
