Unreasonable diversion requests

FOI Solutions recently conducted a series of lunchtime seminars in relation to unreasonable diversion requests. 

It included coverage of the legal requirements and practical means of assessing when a request is an unreasonable diversion request. 

One key message is not to use the misnomer of "voluminous" requests.
