Victorian FOI application fee increase

FOI Solutions wishes to alert you that from 1 July 2009 the application fee for a request for access under the Victorian FOI Act has increased to $23.40. 

This increase appeared in a Special Government Gazette on 15 May 2009 and is consistent with the powers of the Treasurer to amend the amount of a fee unit under the Monetary Units Act 2004 (Vic). The application fee under the Victorian FOI Act is 2 fee units.

The application fee has been increased each year since the enactment of the Monetary Units Act 2004 (Vic).
